Charminar Hyperlapse – Personal Project
Role: Cinematographer & Video Editor
This personal project involved capturing a hyperlapse video of the iconic Charminar in Hyderabad, showcasing its historical grandeur from day to night. I was responsible for shooting and editing the video, with a focus on creating a smooth, dynamic visual experience.
The footage was captured using a Sony A7 III and edited using After Effects and LR Timelapse to create smooth transitions. The final result was a visually compelling video that I was really pleased with.
While I initially planned a simple day-to-night transition for the hyperlapse, during the editing phase, I had the idea to focus on a close-up of the clock, rotating with the long hand and smoothly transitioning the shot into the night-time hyperlapse, adding an extra layer of creativity to the video. This made the project even more impactful and engaging!

The Insertion Point - Personal Project
Role: Filmmaker & Editor
The project involved creating a video about a filmmaker struggling to write a script, ultimately ending with them writing the video's intro and creating a loop. I was responsible for both filming and editing the video. The shoot was captured using a Sony A7 III, and the editing was done in Premiere Pro. The video turned out to be an engaging self-reflective piece.
One unique challenge was creating the thunder effect, which required some creativity. To achieve this, I placed fake flowers in front of the light to cast shadows, simulating the effect of tree shadows falling across my room, giving it an intense, dramatic feel.

Telisi Rama - Bansilalpet Stepwell
Role: Filmmaker & Editor
This personal project began with a planned timelapse shoot at the Bansilalpet Stepwell. However, my focus shifted when I discovered a group of traditional dancers performing to the song "Telisi Rama." The music inspired me deeply, and I felt compelled to capture their dance, which led me to create a full video about this spontaneous encounter. The video turned out to be a meaningful representation of how, despite the hustle and bustle of the city, the local culture continues to thrive in public spaces.
I filmed and edited the video using a Sony A7 III, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. The final video highlights Hyderabad’s vibrant culture amidst its busy urban life.
One highlight was how the unexpected turned into inspiration. I began with a simple timelapse idea, but when the dancers performed, I felt motivated to shoot something entirely new. One of the challenges involved making sure the fast-paced editing style aligned with the energetic dance, requiring attention to detail in rhythm and shot transitions. The video truly captures the heartbeat of Hyderabad.

Creative Animation
Role: Editor
I created this video for a production house as part of a job interview, where they provided only a few PNG files to work with. This was my first time creating a video in this style. I edited the video in After Effects, focusing on creatively transitioning between photos and animating them to the beat of the song. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I was pleased with how the video turned out, considering it was my first experience with such a project.
